The value for money at Pontoval B&B was incredible, with a fantastic room that was clean, spacious, and had an amazing sea view. The location was convenient, just a short distance outside of town with frequent and easy-to-use buses. The staff, especially Ernest and his family, were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Truly a delightful experience.
As for breakfast items, it could have had a bit more variety to make it even better.

This place is pure magic, with an amazing house, stunning location, and incredibly helpful hosts. the hosts, Ernst and Sandra, go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Ernst's fluency in English and Spanish was a major plus for us. the property itself is immaculate, with Swiss standards of cleanliness and organization. Our room had a breathtaking sea view, just as promised. the breakfast was delightful, with fresh juice and homemade bread and sweets. the swimming pool is perfect for both laps and relaxation, and the gardens are beautiful and peaceful. an excellent experience.
Felt like stepping into a fairy tale - no complaints whatsoever.

We loved the stunning views over the bay of Valparaiso from the B&B's hillside location. the pool, terrace, and secret garden were fantastic for both adults and children. the owner was incredibly helpful, even fixing our flat tire in just 30 minutes. the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the staff provided great information on what to do in Valparaiso.
We felt very much at home and had no complaints at all.

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop as it provided a meeting room. The facilities were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient for catching transportation to the city center.
The only service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection.

Exceptional attention to detail, with a spacious and homely room. The decadent breakfast, with homemade breads, cereals, and pastries, made my stay wonderful. The hosts, Ernst and Sandra, were warm and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
